Merchant of the Year Award

Submissions for the 2019 CNP Awards are now closed. Join us at CNP Expo May 23 for the CNP Awards Ceremony where this year’s winners will be announced.

This year Card Not Present introduces the CNP Merchant “Team of the Year” Award. The CNP Merchant Awards are to recognize merchant teams who are innovators and trendsetters in the fraud and payments industry to receive the recognition they deserve. Merchants are able to submit their own nomination with supporting documentation.

How It Works

1. Nominate Yourself or Another Team

  • Nominations will be accepted until Friday, February 15th, 2019.
  • Submissions must include nominee’s contact information including: name, company email, address, phone etc. If nominating someone else, it should also include the submitter’s name, company, email phone
  • Submissions should also include: team’s category if applicable (ie. Fraud department; ); a description of why team should be considered (include issues faced, solutions implemented and results)

There is a non-refundable $250 entry fee per nomination before January 14, 2019. Beginning January 14, the entry fee increases to $350 per nominations. Nominees may submit for more than one category, but will be charged for each individual submissions. Credit or Debit card payments accepted.

2. The Judging Process

We have a panel of three CNP industry experts that will review all nominations and will choose winners in each category.

3. CNP Awards at CNP Expo

The CNP Merchant Team of the Year will be announced onsite at CNP Expo during the CNP Awards reception on Thursday, May 23 in our new location at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco, CA.
